The Ferengi Commerce Authority (FCA) operate under the perpetual notion that 'War is Good for Business'. The FCA has been instrumental in supplying arms for both sides of the conflict. The FCA is tolerated by the Dominion as a puppet organisation which can facilitate its needs, without it having to get its hands dirty. The FCA is overseen by Grand Nagus Brunt.
