A Xindi Reptilian and Insectoid Alliance which completed a coup d'etat on the Xindi homeworld Azati Prime in 2389. The Arboreals, Primates and Aquatics could not stop the amassed forces of the Reptilians and Insectoids. A Reptilian named Domo assumed control of the Council and declared the Delphic Expanse and all Xindi Planets outside Dominion control. Cutting all ties outside the expanse the Xindi Independence League was founded to protect Xindi interests.
